InstaLaunder / LaundryOne uses the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the InstaLaunder app and its laundry services.

InstaLaunder / LaundryOne does not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

4. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your InstaLaunder account and all associated personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request, please contact LaundryOne using any of the following methods:

You can also delete your account directly within the InstaLaunder app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, InstaLaunder / LaundryOne will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, transaction records for tax or legal compliance).

5. Data Retention

InstaLaunder retains your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you request deletion as described in Section 4, we will remove your data in accordance with that process.

6. Children's Privacy

The InstaLaunder app is not directed at children under the age of 13. LaundryOne does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

7. Security

LaundryOne implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information stored and processed within the InstaLaunder app. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
